Drug and Alcohol Treatment and Support Services in Hammersmith and Fulham

Closes 19 Dec 2021

Opened 17 Nov 2021

Overview

Hammersmith & Fulham  Council currently provides two high performing drug and alcohol services. Both services offer a range of treatment and support services that are recovery focused and include harm reduction aspects.

We are proposing an integrated service across drug and alcohol services, which would help to streamline referral pathways and reduce the potential for duplication.  We will ensure the specialist elements of both services are retained and that there is a targeted offer to those with complex needs and most at risk of harm.

The new service will be in place from October 2022

Why are we consulting?

We would like to redesign and remodel drug and alcohol services that are tailored to meet the local needs of our residents.

The purpose of this survey is to obtain your views and suggestions on how to further improve drug and alcohol service, identify any gaps in services and understand from a user perspective what services are working well.
