Overview

Hammersmith & Fulham Council is currently provides a sexual health promotion and advisory service. The service delivers:

  • a range of campaigns, events and informed literature aimed at sexual health awareness raising and reducing the transmission and acquisition of sexually transmitted infections (STIs)

  • support to improve sexual health, relationships, and sexual health outcomes

  • online support and peer support groups to residents to address their needs for example self-management for people living with HIV

A new contract and service will be in place from October 2022. We therefore have an opportunity to review and potentially make changes to the current service.

Why are we consulting?

Hammersmith & Fulham Council provides well performing sexual health promotion and advisory services. The model is one of continuing improvement and co-production.  We can only continue to provide an inclusive and equitable service if we understand the needs of our local residents.

The purpose of this survey is to obtain your views and suggestions on how to further improve the services, identify any gaps in services and understand from a user perspective what aspects of the service are working well.
