October 2018 is Customer Care Month for Hammersmith & Fulham Family Services and we are contacting a sample of our service users to ask for feedback on their experience of working with us.

How will the results of surveys be used?

Your comments will help us to understand your, and your family’s experiences and to help us to make decisions about how we deliver our services.

If you give your contact details we may contact you in response to your comments. We will not use your personal details for any purpose other than to respond to your concerns or for the prize draw if you enter.

We may use quotes from the surveys if we feel these help to illustrate the views expressed but any quotes will be anonymised.

What Happens Next

  • The feedback will be produced in a report which will include recommendations that will be presented to the Family Services management team.
  • Each head of service will then decide on actions to take forward in their service area.
  • We will then produce a "You Said, We Did" Report for service users and partners.
