Overview

October 2018 is Customer Care Month in Hammersmith & Fulham and we are contacting a sample of our partners to ask for feedback on their
experience working with us.

Our records show that you have made a referral to, or worked closely with, one of our family services teams recently.

We would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete the questions below to help inform us about what we are doing well and areas in which we could improve.

How will the results of surveys be used?

Survey results will be used to learn more about levels of satisfaction with our services and to identify areas where we can make improvements.

If you provide contact details we may contact you in response to your comments. If we feel that your concern cannot be addressed by the team who initially contacted you we may pass your details to our customer response team. We will not use your personal details for any purpose other than to respond to your concerns.

We may use quotes from the surveys if we feel these help to illustrate the views expressed but any quotes used will be anonymised.

What Happens Next

  • The feedback will be produced in a report which will include recommendations that will be presented to the Family Services management team.
  • Each head of service will then decide on actions to take forward in their service area.
  • We will then produce a "You Said, We Did" report for service users and partners.
