Better Services for Older Residents in H&F

Closed 29 Jul 2018

Message from Bryan Naylor, Chair of the Older People's Commission

Thanks to your help and responses to our previous survey on isolation and loneliness, the Older People's Commission published its first report in March with recommendations to reduce isolation and loneliness in the borough.

We now want to look at the quality of services available in H&F and see together how we can make sure that all older residents benefit from the services to which they are entitled.

Please can you help us by completing this survey? It is very short and will help guide our next steps.

If you know someone who'd like to take part in this consultation but doesn't have online access, you can print it out and send it back for free, by 15th July 2018, to:

Please use the above name as written. No stamp is needed and no address details such as road, town, or postcode should be used either.

For more information and a copy of our first report, please visit the Older People's Commission webpage. You can also request a copy of the report using the same freepost address.

Best wishes,

Please note that, by completing this survey, you agree for us to share your responses with Hammersmith & Fulham Council and agencies. All your responses will be anonymised and Hammersmith & Fulham Council will not be able to identify you.
